On March 12, 2021, Zhongqian Heli organized all employees in the workshop to participate the  skills test. The test content is mainly carried out around the professional knowledge of production line operation and equipment maintenance。

Through the test, it helps employees to systematically sort out their professional knowledge, enhance the guidance of the business, improve the problems and deficiencies in the work, and at the same time make the employees realize the importance of continuous learning of knowledge. More importantly, it lays a foundation for the company to improve the overall quality of employees, ensure safe production, and reasonably maintain production equipment.
